DIY Biotin Hair Growth Serum
To nourish hair roots and promote fast, strong hair growth
- 2 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax seeds)
- a handfull Fresh Curry Leaves
- or 1 tsp Dried Curry Leaves powder
- 1 tbsp Aloe Vera Gel
- 1 tsp Castor Oil
Boil the flax seed meal with a quarter cup of water in a pan for a few minutes
Keep mixing until it forms a gel like consistency then take it off the flame and let it cool down.
If you're using fresh curry leaves, crush them with a tbsp of water and add the juice to the flax seed gel. If you're using dried curry leaves, just powder them and add to the flax seed.
Next, add the aloe vera and the castor oil to this mixture
Mix this hair serum together and store it in a bottle. This can be stored in the fridge for up to a month.
How To Use
Mix 2 tbsp of coconut oil and 1 tsp of the serum together. Apply it on your scalp and massage it. You can leave it on overnight and wash it in the morning or just apply it a few hours before you shower.
For best results, use this DIY hair growth serum 2-3 times a week
